Made from 100% unpeated organic-certified malted Scottish barley
Fermented between 68 and 114 hours with Anchor and Fermentis yeast strains
Twice distilled in copper pot stills

On the nose, bright citrus peel and orchard fruits—plus a whiff of floral honey—evolve into vanilla, hard spice, and a suggestion of oak. The palate is medium bodied, complementing the nose with a malty sweetness and a hint of red berries. A warming, persistent finish speaks to the cask strength proof.

No added coloring
Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59% ABV
The elegant, fruit-forward style of Nc’nean’s core single malt recipe gains complexity and definition in this handsome cask strength expression.
