WINE ADVOCATE 95 POINTS - "The 2018 L'Etoile Cuvée Spéciale was pungent, powerful and concentrated with notes of peat and iodine. The Chardonnay was pressed and fermented in barrel, untouched for four years. It has textbook morel mushrooms and nuts with a pinch of spices after the élevage of four years under a veil of flor yeasts. 2,308 bottles, 50 magnums and some half bottles were filled in October 2022."
