Aged in a combination of stainless, new French oak, and neutral French oak barrels, this 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has an intensely tropical and aromatic nose, with notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, and fig leaf. Pale straw in color, it offers a juicy and refreshing palate with perfectly balanced acidity. A hint of minerality and texture builds towards an elegant finish. The oak is very subtle, affecting the texture more than the aromatics, creating a very fresh and elevated style of Sauvignon Blanc.
