Rossese Bianco is a grape variety that Giovanni worked very hard to bring back from extinction. And we're delighted that he did. It's a textured white with plenty of freshness that will go down a treat on a Summer's evening. With notes of fresh apples, peach and a hint of kernal, it's a very exciting discovery.
