The Edition Series
The Macallan Edition No. 6 takes its inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes around our distillery and warehouses, in particular the vibrant River Spey that borders our estate.
Tasting Notes - Antique brass in the glass. Rich and layered on the nose, with fresh fruit, nutmeg and ginger, backed by notes of chocolate, toffee, vanilla and oak. Medium- to full-bodied, showing plum and sweet orange on the palate, with cinnamon, nutmeg and balanced oak adding depth alongside hints of toffee and oats. Complex and well-structured, finishing long with fresh fruit and spice giving way to creamy chocolate and toasted oats.
