Tasting Notes - Sunlight barley in color. Warm and inviting on the nose, with vanilla and toffee layered over notes of oak, nutmeg, ginger, lemon basil and ripe pear. Medium- to full-bodied, showing fresh sweetness up front with caramel, poached peach and pear, followed by a toffee richness and gentle oak spice in the background. Smooth and balanced, with a long, sweet finish that lingers nicely.
