Made from Palomino Fino grapes and double-distilled in Charentais stills — the only brandy distilled entirely in Jerez from 100% Palomino variety. Uses "mostoyema," the first must from pneumatic Wilmes presses. Aged for 12 years in American oak casks: 9 years in casks that once held Tío Pepe Fino and 3 years in Oloroso Matusalem casks. Bright topaz colour with orange and golden tones. Delicate aromas of caramel and vanilla, toasted notes and hints of wine. Dry and delicate on the palate with touches of toasted almonds from the Tío Pepe casks and raisins from the Matusalem casks. Gold Medal — International Spirits Challenge 2023.
