The Bacchus grape varietal, a hybrid between Riesling and Sylvaner and Müller-Thurgau, produces a wine that is pale lemon in color with a ring of pure white in the glass. The nose is very expressive, with notes of dried apricot, candied peaches, rose water, and orange flower. The wine has a round texture and gentle acidity on the palate, which let the powerful flavors melt on your tongue.
