Old-vines with naturally low yields
A rare, small bottling of the ‘Morgon Cuvée N’ is sourced from the same vineyards as the winery's other Morgon but is made with older vines and has no sulfites added at all. All fruit from their certified organic vineyards of decades old vines in the village of Morgon. A serious expression of both natural wine and Beaujolais as a place. Partial carbonic native fermentation, no filtered or fining and ideally raw expression of the granitic soils of Morgon.
