Terroir: Old vines from the foot of the hill of Corton facing Ladoix. Deep clay and silt soil.
Vinification: Pressed directly, vinified with no added SO2. Aged 14 months on the lees in a combination of foudres (about 75%) and used barrels (about 25%). No fining, no filtration.
