Traditionally, SONNTALER is an assemblage of different Schiava (aka Vernatsch) varieties with a large share of Schiava grigia. Ideal terroir and traditional ageing in large Slavonian wooden barrels result in a wine with complex aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, cherries and redcurrants.
