A premium German fruit brandy from Kammer-Kirsch Distillery in the Black Forest, established 1909. Made through double distillation using only healthy, fully ripe Williams pears, then matured in glass balloons or wooden barrels in their traditional temperature-resistant vaulted cellar. Famous for the whole pear grown inside the bottle — bottles are fastened onto tree branches in spring, allowing each pear to grow to full size within the glass. Aroma of a juicy pear on the nose. First a slightly sweet pear flavor, then powerfully fresh like a freshly harvested pear on the palate. Fruity, dry finish.
