A premium pear eau-de-vie from Distillerie Kammer-Kirsch in the Black Forest, Germany, double-distilled from ripe Williams pears. The signature whole pear is grown inside the bottle — bottles are fastened onto tree branches in spring, allowing each pear to grow to full size within the glass. Delicate and crystalline on the nose with ripe Williams pear dominating, soft floral nuances, and a clean, misty quality. Soft, plush, and well-rounded on the palate with juicy pear flesh, subtle herbal and floral notes. Clean, lingering finish. Best served well-chilled and neat.
