Kabaj's Ravan is made from the grape varietal once called Tocai Friulano and now named Sauvignonasse or, in Slovenia, named Zeleni Sauvignon. This delightful white features aromas of flowers (jasmine and honeysuckle) on the nose balanced by minerality. The color (all of Kabaj's whites have some skin contact) is light gold. On the palate you find hints of spice, passion fruit, chamomile and an Albarino-like balance of flavor and minerality.
