Fermented with indigenous yeasts and raised in 500-litre barrels (just 10% new), the style here is all about clarity. Expect a fine-boned Chardonnay—crisp, mineral, and structured—with a lifted citrus profile, restrained orchard fruit and a tight, chalky frame. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered to retain as much site expression as possible. This is one for those who like their Burgundy with freshness and detail.
