Sustainable, Organic (Ecocert), Vegan
Blend of two terroirs: “La Chatenière” with south exposure at an altitude of 240 meters, and “Les Champlots” on the hillsides with a southwest exposure. 43-year-old vines in conversion to organic farming.
This wine is made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, which finds a delicate and complex expression here thanks to an exceptional terroir. The vines benefit from an ideal exposure and are planted on clay-limestone soils, favouring the freshness and minerality characteristic of the appellation. The careful vinification, combining gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and partial ageing in oak barrels, highlights a beautiful aromatic purity and an elegant texture, marked by notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, fresh hazelnut and a subtly buttery touch.
