JACK DANIEL'S S.B. MASTER DISTILLER SELECTED TENNESSEE WHISKEY

Jack Daniel's, Lynchburg, Tennessee. A quintessential American whiskey. Their Single Barrel Select is a classic and our "Master Distiller Selected" version is simply lovely-- the nose is filled with spice, treacle and molasses, baked plum, wildflowers, sweet grains. The palate is rich and viscous and started a bit subdued when I first sipped it from my glass. But it didn't take long to blossom! Notes of sweet grains, caramel, brown spices, buckwheat honey and hints of orchard fruits lead to a long, long finish. The flavors keep rolling along on the palate for minutes and minutes-- this is a steal of a deal!
