The grapes were harvested in mid-September (late for 2020) and were then aged half in wood and half in tank for twelve months. It was then blended and rested for a further five months in tank prior to being bottled unfined and unfiltered. It’s a superb Aligoté; deep, yet juicy and vibrantly fresh.
