In 2019, winemaker Giuseppe Rigoli even did a bit of bleeding of the must to lend some concentration. The result is a full-fruit wine with freshness and flavour. It is in the floral spectrum of Sangiovese, expressing violets and lavender. Its powdery tannins layer up but that juicy acidity keeps the mouth clean. Well-integrated oak allows the fruit to shine."
