This Champagne Method, estate-bottled Riesling Sekt is made from hillside grapes grown in the Moselle village of Erden. Off dry (Auslese is used for the dosage) this bubbly is packed with fresh apple and pear flavors. A delicious change of pace from Prosecco and and a Best Buy to boot.
