Each individual cask displays Fukano’s signature aromas of ripe fruit and toasted baking spice—think cinnamon-dusted strawberries and vanilla cream—with subtle, cask-specific notes that include caramelized pineapple, red apple skin, raw almond, and a whisp of charred oak on a long, umami-rich finish.
Limited release of just 1,200 bottles (200 bottles from six single casks)
Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 42.6 % ABV (ABV varies cask to cask)
For this release, Fukano selected six new-filled white oak casks. 200 bottles were drawn from each cask and the remaining whisky was vatted for the release of Fukano Select. Please note that individual cask numbers are found on the front label.
