Burghound - "Here the crushed leaf character is a bit more prominent on the combination of red and dark currant, earth and sauvage scents. There is a bit more volume to the equally fleshy, round and seductively textured medium weight flavors that also conclude in mildly edgy and raspy finish. A few years of cellaring should help round off the structure though I suspect that this will always remain a bit tangy."
