EVAN WILLIAMS 23YR 53.5% 750ML KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

With its striking blue label signifying its exclusive status, Evan Williams 23-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon holds a significant place in Heaven Hill Distillery's history, originating from distillation predating the 1996 fire that ravaged their Bardstown distillery. Crafted from a blend of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, this ongoing release boasts a barrel strength of 107 proof. Its aroma presents rich notes of aged oak, caramel, and vanilla mingling with roasted marshmallow and cream. On the palate, layers of tannins, vanilla bean, and cherry candy are enveloped in honey and subtle oak.
