Edradour 12 Years Old Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 is a limited-edition single malt from Edradour, the smallest traditional distillery in Scotland. The whisky was distilled on 22 February 2012 and aged in just three first-fill Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from the esteemed St Michael-Eppan winery in Italy. It was bottled on 22 January 2025 at 48.2%. The wine casks have added bold notes of red fruits, liquorice and spice to Edradour’s rich and malty character. One of 1082 bottles.
