DOMAINE DE BELLENE 2021 SAVIGNY LES BEAUNE BLANC

Winemaker Notes - This wine is sourced from four different villages vineyards in Savigny-lès-Beaune: Aux Champs des Pruniers, Les Planchots, Les Pimentiers and Dessus de Vermots. These parcels were acquired by the Domaine in 2005 and 2006, and were immediately converted to organic viticulture to restore the vitality and potential of the moderately old vines. The grapes are pressed gently and slowly, then settled for two days before being moved to barrels by gravity. The wine is aged in 20% new oak barrels of different volumes: 600 and 450 liters.
