Made by the ever-talented Greg Brewer, this Chardonnay is entire fermented and aged in stainless steel (no oak), and does not go through malolactic fermentation to ensure precision and focus. Aromas of lemon, citrus blossom and wet sand lead to flavors of saline and white peach. This is a precise, balanced wine that shows lots of vibrancy.
