Darren Delmore worked nine harvests at iconic wineries such as Hirsch, Whitethorn in Humboldt County, Goldeneye, and Two Hands in Australia. Delmore translates to “Of the Sea” and he focuses on ocean influenced Pinot Noir and Syrah vineyards, with natural winemaking practices. Delmore is a member of RAW WINE, and the wines are produced in miniscule quantities in Tin City Paso Robles.
Darren's Tasting Notes: "...an aromatic adventure, bursting with strawberries, roses, coastal redwood forest, roobois tea, and petrichor, with a bright, rich palate of cherries, 50/50 creamsicle bar, iced oatmeal cookies, and spice. These scents and tastes, with the gleaming red color in the glass, remind me of Pinot Noir from the Hirsch Vineyard, where my winemaking experience ratcheted up a notch. Only four barrels produced, all free run, never racked until the night before bottling, unfined/unfiltered, with low sulfites."
