"NATURAL" WINE

Chardonnay 40%, Friulano 30%, Malvasia Istriana 30%
Fermented and aged on the skins for 60-90 days. This wine boasts an intense gold color which is given by the level of ripeness of the grapes at the time of harvest, by the low yield per hectare in the vineyards, by the increased skin contact during fermentation as well as the ageing method. The 2021 vintage was warm, with around 20% of the crop experiencing botrytis, lending a subtle richness to the mouthfeel and aromas, along with with hints of apricot, beeswax, incense resin (like Frankincense) and spices like ginger. A delicious wine that's easy to impress with its elegant texture, full body, mellow acidity and subtle aromatic melange!

Gently structured and incredibly long, it finishes with admirable concentration and a cedary bitterness that keeps the mouth salivating for more.
