Wine produced in the municipality of La Morra, from the collection of grapes from young plants (less than 15 years old) from the Nebbiolo da Barolo vineyards. The Langhe Nebbiolo of the Cordero di Montezemolo company ages in oak barrels of various capacities. At sight it has a bright purple color of medium intensity; fruity notes of raspberry and strawberry intertwine with floral hints of violets, creating a rich and fragrant aromatic bouquet. The sip is fresh and full in the mouth with a sweet tannic texture. Excellent to accompany agnolotti with ragù, succulent risotto, fettuccine and the classic Piedmontese meat preparations. It can be consumed in the first years of life, but has good aging potential: up to 10 years in the cellar.
