The estate of just over 13 ha is made up of several islets of vines planted on limestone scree terraces, located in the communes of Montpeyroux, Jonquières and Saint-Saturnin.
The vineyard is worked in organic farming and certain tasks are punctuated by the biodynamic calendar. As much work as possible is carried out manually in order to respect plants and soil life.
