Blue Plum brandy, known as Slivovitz in much of Eastern Europe, is pot distilled from a pure fermented mash of Italian blue plums grown in the Pacific Northwest. Rich notes of ripe plums, complemented by hints of almond and a touch of sweetness. Smooth and velvety texture. Made in the style of a classic Eastern European slivovitz and certified kosher. Un-aged to maintain the wonderful intensity of the fruit.
