Caorunn Gin (pronounced: "kay-roon") is a Scottish gin made at the whisky distillery Balmenach in Speyside. It is made from grain--presumably barley--and infused with 11 botanicals including heather, bog myrtle, rowan berry, dandelion, and coul blush apple, which are all considered to be Celtic for a "truly Scottish gin." (We must assume--it being a gin--that there is a healthy dose of juniper as well.)
