For 500 years, the vineyards of Borderies, the smallest Cognac cru, have produced cognacs that are among the best and most aromatic around.
CAMUS Borderies XO Family Reserve is a single-estate cognac coming exclusively from the private vineyard of the CAMUS family. All the wines come from this magnificent estate, the largest of the Borderies, whose vines are surrounded by forests and naturally preserved areas.
The CAMUS family ensures that the vines are cultivated in an ecological way, preserving the environment and nature. Each cask is unique with wines from each plot of the vineyard being distilled and aged in separate barrels.
Tasting Notes,
Nose: Rich and complex aromatic palette offering a perfect balance of fruity and floral notes, combined with gourmet notes of pastries and vanilla.
Palate: Powerful, rich and creamy with a particularly velvety texture revealing intense aromas of pastries, subtle spicy notes as well as a touch of cinnamon and dried fruits.
Finsih: Persistent floral nuances with delicate hints of violet.
