California is the world’s leading almond producer, and this liqueur (the first release in Brucato’s small batch Experimental Series) showcases young almonds in a bright and vegetal counterpoint to classic baking-spice-forward nocinos.

Brucato Spring Almond is the first release in the Brucato Experimental Series, a collection conceived to allow the Brucato team further exploration of California’s rich botanical landscape. These small-batch love letters to the agriculture of The Golden State are not likely to be repeated, so don’t sleep on these releases, which are slated to occur only a few times a year.
