The processing of Bordiga bitters takes place according to the original recipes refined over the years, with infusions and distillates produced with precious spices, herbs and flowers coming mostly from the Maritime Alps. Even today these characteristic ingredients are still hand-picked, dried and preserved with completely natural methods by the local mountaineers.
