Bodrog Bormuhely, or “Bodrog wine(bor) workshop” was started by János Hajduz and Krisztián Farkas and is emblematic of a new era of Hungarian winemaking. They work with many tiny parcels in order to achieve their unique wines. Dry tokaj is difficult to find outside of Hungary, and we’re thrilled to have some. This white has warm, rich flavors of nutty banana bread with the velvety texture to match. A hint of acid and salt balances this complex wine.
