Benoît Moreau worked for twenty years at Domaine Bernard Moreau, where he managed the cellar and vineyards. In 2020, he parted ways with his brother Alexandre and established a négociant business while waiting to cultivate his own vines. A passionate advocate of biodynamic viticulture, Benoît is committed to taking his practices to the next level: he avoids compacting the soil by using small machinery and tends his vines as much as possible by hand. The 2023 Chardonnay opens with delicate notes of hay and spice, displaying a remarkable balance between intensity and depth. Les Charrières 2023 offers vibrant fruit, interwoven with a hint of flint and a long, energetic saline finish where the minerality is fully expressed.
