This Sake can be likened to a punk rock star.. it comes in with a BANG!.. makes a grand entrance, and then leaves in a flash. The rice used in the making of this sake is locally grown "Grade A" Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, and milled to 55% of its original size. This exceptionally exciting sake is brimming with aromas of orange peel, light mint and underripe plantain. It is a bright sake with a light touch, lean structure moving into notes of ruby red grapefruit and tingly dry finish. This is a highly enjoyable sake for the serious sake drinker to put in their regular rotation.
