PALATE: agave sweetness up front with light honey that develops to some caramel with lemon peel and the back palate hits with baking spice and a hint of green bell pepper
FINISH: the sweetness carries through the finish with some baking spice, the only time the ABV shows itself is in the finish where it helps carry a long finish
