The average age of the vines is 40 years. This champagne is a blend of the 2020 and 2021 harvests. This is a batch disgorged in July 2024. This Mont de la Vallée is completely without dosage (Brut nature) and also without added sulfites (The sulfite level is very low, 11mg/L. It remains in a similar style, with a little more tension and dynamism, with a slightly more refined but still charming juice. The fundamentals are there, white fruits enhanced by a touch of light aging and a lovely cottony bubble.
