With a dosage of 3 g/l, it has a vibrant pink color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, brioche, and a touch of brown sugar. On the palate, flavors of wild strawberries and tangy raspberries are expressed with freshness, supported by a fine effervescence and a beautiful minerality. This rosé pairs perfectly with dishes such as salmon gravlax, pan-fried scallops, or a red fruit tart.
