Served at our Top Sake Tasting in December 2023, this was a customer favorite. This sake is milled down to 40% of its original rice grain. On the palate, Akabu Junmai Daiginjo is loaded with fresh pineapple, blueberry, green melon, citrus and strawberry. Given all that fruit, it remains quite elegant and poised with mild umami. The mouthfeel slightly luscious, and is sure to please.
