Destilado de Agave produced in Ahuacuotzintla, Guerrero Maestros Mezcaleros Vicencio Miranda Barranca & Gabina Morales Tecomulapa Papalote (A. cupreata) harvested 2 years capón Cooked in a rock-lined conical earthen oven, with Encino oak, white oak, and tepehuaje (leadtree) Milled using a small mechanical shredder Fermented 5 days in white ayacahuite (white pine) tanks with spring water Distilled twice in traditional copper pot stills Rested 1 year in glass before bottling 189 liters produced 46.5% ABV

Nose: Sweet baked goods
Palate: green, candied caramel apples with chocolate notes. It’s soft and approachable with a long finish
