The Zotovich flagship white wine is a textbook version of Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay in every vintage. The 2024 has a nose of pear and baked apple notes are followed by citrus scents of honeyed lemon with a freshness minerality underlining the wine’s acidity. The palate holds a combination of candied lemon zest, with notes of browned butter and fresh flowers, complimenting the wines briny minerality. This Chardonnay ages in French oak, (Francois Freres) for 10 months.
