Winemaker Notes -
The nose shows typical limestone influence, with nice nutty, toasty and slight mineral hints. The palate is powerful and dense, and aeration brings out some honey character as well as ripe fruits. The finish is quite velvety.
Pair with creamy pasta, smoked foods, chicken or rich seafood dishes.
