The Crozes-Hermitage "Le Rouvre" 2021 by Yann Chave (Jeroboam format) is an intense red wine, 100% Syrah, grown on clay-limestone soils. It offers a beautiful deep red colour, aromas of black fruits, pepper and spices. The palate is full, silky, with elegant tannins and a long finish. Ideal with red meats or mature cheeses.
