Base: Young Espadín agave from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca (grown for 7 years). Top notes: Lavender & Hibiscus. Heart notes: Clove, black pepper & cinnamon. Base notes: Caramelized pineapple & ancho chili. Made with a mix of 7 Mexican chillies. Production process: 7 days macerated, 7 days resting, 7 times filtered. Inspired by Oaxacan and Pueblan traditions.
