Sourced from a wide array of Pinot Noir clones on a steep hillside that is dotted with chunks of limestone, the wine is reminiscent of terroirs in Burgundy. The youthful nature of the tannins melds beautifully with the concentration to offer wonderful balance. Vibrant and fresh, the flavor of plum permeates the palate and gives way to chalky minerals and an Oolong tea-like finish.
