Excellent French sparkling wine can be found outside of Champagne. This refreshing, balanced sparkler comes from old-vine (40 years average) fruit in the Côtes de Nuits and Côtes De Beaune in France. Mostly Pinot Noir with the crackling crispness of Aligoté, Gamay and Chardonnay. Expect crisp, fruity notes of apple and orange zest, and a balancing acidity.
