V. Sattui's 2015 Vintage Port is rich, complex and satisfying. A blend of traditional port varietals; each wine was aged separately and then assembled in the final blend prior to bottling. Each of the special varieties play a role: Touriga Nacional imparts delicate aromatics and moderate tannins, Tinta Cao brings strawberry and plum fruit to the palate, Souzao delivers intense color and power while Tinta Madeira offers suppleness and classic aged mocha, cinnamon, and caramel aspects to the blend.
